These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Davo88 ("we", "us", "the Company", "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at davo88.lat. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Davo88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an account on Davo88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Davo88 strictly prohibits gambling by individuals under the age of 21. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement.

4. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Davo88 platform for any reason.
5. You must not currently hold any other registered account on the Platform. Only one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is permitted.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

When creating an account on Davo88, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must not use false names, fictitious addresses, or any other misleading personal details. Davo88 reserves the right to request documentary verification of the information provided at any time, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when unusual account activity is detected.

4.1 Required KYC Documents

• Proof of Identity: A valid Malaysian identity document — MyKad (front and back), Passport (photo page), or Malaysian Driver's License.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill (TNB, Indah Water, Telekom Malaysia), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months and showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document alongside your face.
• Payment Method Verification: Screenshot or confirmation of the e-wallet or bank account used for deposits, where required.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. Davo88 will never ask you to share your password via any channel. Any activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you formally notify us of unauthorised access.

5.2 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 (may vary by payment method and applicable promotion).
• Deposits made via e-wallets and DuitNow are typically credited instantly to your player balance.
• FPX and online banking transfers may take between 5 to 15 minutes to be reflected.
• Davo88 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements.
• All pending wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• KYC verification must be completed and approved before any withdrawal request can be processed.
• Davo88 targets withdrawal processing within the same business day for verified accounts, subject to the payment provider's own processing time.
• Davo88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawals above certain thresholds or where unusual activity has been identified.

Davo88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, free spins, and VIP tier benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

1. Bonuses are awarded in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash balance.
2. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonus wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet the requirement within this period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
3. Davo88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
4. Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Systematic or coordinated abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk or zero-risk wagering strategies ("bonus hunting") — is prohibited and may result in voiding of all bonus-related winnings and account suspension.
6. Davo88 reserves the right to determine which game types and bet types contribute toward wagering requirements. Certain games — typically live dealer games, table games, and specific slots — may contribute at a reduced percentage or not at all.
7. The Company's decision regarding bonus eligibility, wagering fulfilment, and promotional disputes is final.

All casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and other gaming products available on the Davo88 platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are displayed within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

• Game outcomes on all Davo88 RNG (Random Number Generator) products are determined by independently certified random number generation software. Davo88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the Player's balance.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change at any time prior to the acceptance of a bet. Odds displayed at time of bet placement and accepted by the system are fixed unless an error in pricing is subsequently identified.
• Davo88 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including but not limited to bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, duplicate events, or events with known outcomes at time of placement.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum win caps apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. These limits exist to manage risk and ensure sustainable operation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Davo88 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person under 21.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using false, fabricated, or stolen identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including unauthorised use of payment methods belonging to third parties.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting activity intended to exploit the platform or undermine the integrity of betting markets.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to place bets, access games, or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise illicitly obtained funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Davo88 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

Davo88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of collusion, match-fixing, or exploitation of pricing errors.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player or a legally authorised representative.
• A regulatory or legal obligation requiring the restriction or closure of the account.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining after deduction of bonus funds and applicable liabilities will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to the completion of all outstanding KYC requirements and a standard AML review period. Davo88 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation where fraud or abuse is suspected.

• Any inaccuracy in game results or sports odds that arise from genuine technical error, provided that Davo88 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly upon discovery.
• Decisions made by you based on information published on the Platform, including promotional materials, odds displays, or game descriptions.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Davo88 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.
